Invented by a dog lover, one bounced crate at a time.
My husband had just painted and installed new baseboards in our guest room. It looked beautiful. Then the granddogs came to stay, and every time we walked through the door, the whole crate would bounce with excitement, scratching the new baseboards and the floor underneath.
I tried the usual fixes. Getting a blanket under the crate and up the sides was a nightmare, and moving the crate to do it took two people. There had to be a better way, so I made one.
